Overall I thought in all avenues and areas of care that the 3rd and 6th floor is phenomenal. Great nurses and aids and Phoebe the social worker was amazing. Her ability to follow up was beyond excellent and everyone was 10 steps ahead. It's a great thing when your loved one is in a facility that you don't have a worry or a concern. The maintenance crew were always on point. I'm so grateful because when she came in she was in a grave state and she was not at her baseline. The staff worked with her and she is now improved tremendously and is on the 6th floor. Kimberley from Link is phenomenal and makes sure everything is taken care of. The front desk is beyond exceptional, no matter what mood you're in when you walk in they make you feel better and ease your comfort. The therapy team has been sensational and dietitian has been great with reaching out and following up to assist. I had the same experience two years ago and feel the same again. Everyone is working in tandem which is very rare and bringing the best at all times. I wish I can give a 10 but can only give a 5.
