I waited about a month to meet with a psychiatric ( life coach) a month! took a 45 minute bus ride there. When I walked in! young lady simply said ohhhh she called in sick! that's it! another front desk lady screamed rudely YOU should have gotten a text! That's it! I was looking forward all month and preparing for this appointment! People get sick and it's part of life but the front desk People should NOT be dealing with mental health patients like that! are you kidding me? No apologies from anyone higher up to me! Ashley called and no apologies! She simply said ok you wanna be discharged? Disgusting! The only person to reach out with an apology was my therapist Tiffany! an intern still in college who is leaving there in a few months! Great way to run a mental health facility! I know this is a was a bad experience and this is a bad review! which they deserve! but my way of thinking is hopefully!!! this won't happen to any patient in the future by people seeing this! its Disgraceful to me people running a mental health facility! Running in like this.

I’d stay away from this organization at current. It seems like they outsourced their reception unit and I’ve faced problems with messages not being communicated, system malfunction, and calls being dropped. However I’m not giving it a poor rating because they were once helpful. But the past 2-3 years have been rough. Haven’t been able to find a good fit in terms of a provider since my first two left the organization and getting in touch with them is difficult. Which is unfortunate when dealing with such potentially dire things like access to medication
