This issue began worsening in 2025 and has now escalated out of control. The communications system is horrible. I've been trying for two months since my last visit to use the two X-ray referrals given to me by the Doctor in early June, which expire in 90 days at the insurance company. It's now mid-August. The communications system is not allowing me. I have made 17 phone calls and spoken to two dozen people, and I cannot get the referrals properly formatted. Today, I have spent 6 hours on hold, being hung up on, and transferred. I'm about to stop using this clinic. Today, I was told that the manager, my Doctor, and two others were going to call me back. This has happened several times. Last week I was promised that the referrals were being reformatted and faxed to the provider. The provider has not received any faxes to date. This too has happened several times. While the Doctors and nurses are all very friendly and soft-spoken, the system does not allow for simple communication to facilitate a straightforward referral. We will be changing clinics. We no longer recommend this.
