By far The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. After going to this clinic to two to three years ago, They said I owed them around $120. They said this is due to an error on their part that they miss billed insurance. When I asked them to rectify it, they stated that it is too late out of the insurance window to resubmit and get the money. They stated they would look into it and keep asking me… I’ve never heard back from them since. I’ve called them multiple times with not any resolution. They ended up just sending me to a debt collector. Please never do business with this “company” since they are not in it for the medicine and it is a corporation. Will never be returning to this business ever again.

The front desk staff at this location are always friendly and great at remembering patients. Saw Anna Kokolas and just such a pleasant experience. She is very warm and puts you at ease the minute you walk in. She answered all my questions and I always have alot! Couldn't recommend enough.
