I had a visit at this dermatologist office, and the experience was very positive. The staff at the front desk are extremely friendly, helpful, and chill. They check you in quickly, and the whole process moves faster compared to other offices — you’re basically in and out. Before seeing the doctor, a staff member brought me into a room to confirm my information and the reason for my visit. She explained her role and made everything easy to understand. She was kind, patient, and made the process feel comfortable. I was then seen by Dr. Gurpreet Singh, who was very respectful, understanding, and professional. He asks questions, listens carefully, and makes sure you don’t feel rushed, while still keeping everything moving so other patients can be seen on time. The appointment itself was quick, but he still gave me his full attention. The office is very clean and spacious. My overall experience went smoothly — no issues with the staff, no insurance problems, nothing at all. The wait time wasn’t bad either. I noticed a few people waited a bit longer, but nothing extreme. One suggestion: when they send you forms by text message, fill them out ahead of time — it makes the process a lot quicker. For the insurance section, I wasn’t sure what to put for the policy number, so the front desk told me to just write the insurance name and give them my card. They handled the rest. Overall, a friendly and efficient office with great staff and a respectful doctor. Additional Note: The office uses a service called ClearRx to manage all prescriptions, and this part of the process was a bit challenging for me. ClearRx acts like a middleman — the office doesn’t send prescriptions directly to your pharmacy. Instead, ClearRx handles where the prescription goes and whether it’s picked up or delivered. I submitted my information and selected my usual pharmacy, but even after calling my pharmacy several times, they said they hadn’t received anything. A few hours later, ClearRx texted me saying the prescription was sent and to give the pharmacy 30 minutes, but when I called again, my pharmacy still hadn’t received it. I contacted ClearRx customer service, and they said they would resend it. It was a bit tedious and frustrating, but I’m assuming this might just be a first-time setup issue.
