A top tier dermatology experience!! I had an outstanding experience at this dermatology practice and couldn’t recommend it more. I had Botox with PA Stacey, who was absolutely exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the treatment. The results are natural and exactly what I was hoping for. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made the experience truly special. Nora at the reception was warm, welcoming, and efficient, setting a positive tone right away. Maria, the office manager, went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that I felt genuinely cared for. This practice combines medical expertise with outstanding customer service, and that’s rare to find.

Overall, the visit went well. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and the medical assistant was amazing. However, my experience with the PA felt a bit rushed. She came in briefly, looked at my skin without using a light or doing a thorough examination,and then prescribed medication. I’ve been actively looking for a dermatologist I can truly trust—someone who takes the time to evaluate my condition, and make me feel comfortable throughout the process. Skin care is very personal, and I believe it’s important to build a relationship with a provider who is attentive and invested in treating patients properly. I will follow up m 6 wks to see how it goes. Today I had my 6 wks follow up. It when really well this time around the PA took her time to explain everything in depth.
