This location is conveniently walking distance from the Dept of Motor Vehicles in Jamaica., Queens. I’ve been struggling with a bout of eczema on my ankle for a few months and thought let me give this location a try and simply walked in. I was very impressed with how quickly I was able to be seen with no appointment (within 20-30 minutes) after completing the standard new patient forms and verifying my insurance information. The location is very clean and eclectic in decor which I found refreshing. I met with Eric who took my basic medical complaint who was very professional and extremely helpful before meeting with the PA who identified the issue, listened attentively and called in a prescription to my local pharmacy. She had a wonderful, caring disposition about her. I was so delighted with this experience and have since been back for my follow up visit to rinse and repeat the same top tier services. The prescribed ointment did the trick after trying several other treatment plans. A huge win!! Such a gem in the middle of a busy commercial business area of Jamaica Queens but I was pleasantly surprised to have experienced 5 star treatment from beginning to end for both visits. No need to go anywhere else. I highly recommend this location for your dermatology needs. Thank you.
