Triflin caused me so much pain and suffering promising false help lack of customer service and ultimately I felt victimized and violated by this agent and coordinator ms Vargas and her supervisor. I had neck and spine surgery they have caused damage and sickness to me and my kids they do not have compassion or comprehensive care or planning. The worker(s) lie and neglect my kids and act like they like me a doing me a favor meanwhile they are suppose to be getting paid by ACS to care for children in emergencies. Totally disorganized. I’m appalled.
