The Bronx Dental Center

Definitely one of the best dental office in the Bronx. The ladies at the front desk are very pleasant and welcoming. The dental staff are knowledgeable and friendly, they do a great job with dental cleaning and making sure it’s done correctly. I’ve recommended many people to this place. I only wish they accepted pediatric patients as well.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and urgency from this office. My mother had a procedure done and her prescriptions were not sent to the pharmacy until the next day, leaving her in pain with noticeable swelling. This is completely unacceptable after a dental procedure. I called multiple times and left more than one voicemail, yet no one answered the phone or returned my calls in a timely manner. It wasn’t until I emailed the office that I finally received a response. Patients should not have to chase down medical providers—especially when dealing with post-procedure pain. That said, the procedure itself went well, and they accept most insurance plans. However, I strongly recommend not leaving the office until your prescriptions have been sent to the pharmacy and double-check with your pharmacist before leaving to avoid unnecessary pain or delays.
