I (37 yo male) had sciatica nerve issue (Mid Jan’2026). The doctor (sciatica specialist) advised me to undergo physical therapy with PT Solution. I chose this center fortunately. Within 2 weeks (2 sessions per week) , the pain started reducing. After 5 weeks there was considerable recovery. By the end of Month 2, I got rid of sciatica pain completely. The exercises were really helpful and great level of care was provided. A big thanks to Dr Michael Golden as he was sure that I would recover within 2 months. If Michael recommends dry needle technique, don’t think twice as it worked like magic for me.
