Today is my first time visiting this place. I already it was a bad experience as soon as I walked in. My appt was for 12pm I arrived at 11:30 since I knew parking would be an issue. It's now 1:15pm and I'm STILL waiting to be seen. This place was packed, no seats were available I literally was standing in front of the receptionist office filling out paperwork. If it wasn't important for me to have this test done I would have BEEN walked out. The receptionist is friendly But it's very unprofessional to make 20 appointment at the same time and have people waiting 3 hours after their appointment. SB: I guess it's lunch time now so the receptionist just left while no one was at the desk. It's not 1:52 she left at 1:47. Still waiting to be seen.
