He is kind, compassionate, and patient, taking the time to truly understand my concerns. Plus, the telehealth process was a breeze—the platform was very easy to navigate. I really enjoyed and appreciated my first appointment with Dr. Matsuki. I was trying to find a new psychiatrist because my last in-person one did not meet my needs for a few years. I had to insist and convince my previous one to increase my meds when I wasn’t okay. I finally moved on to a virtual doctor, but my situation was too extensive to be manage by them which I respect. She was amazing and recommended some psychiatrists. I came across Dr. Matsuki. With him, he immediately listen to me and worked with me to adjust my medications. I needed a doctor who would listen to me again when I tell them how I experience certain medications. It’s been almost a month and the new medication regime has helped me significantly, so I look forward to further appointments with Dr. Matsuki.
