I was pretty nervous at first, but I decided to go with Dr. Ray Dong after seeing his positive Google reviews. The first appointment was a consultation where he explained the entire process and answered all of my questions. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly and courteous, which helped ease my nerves. On the day of the procedure, I arrived at 10 AM and checked in right away. Within a few minutes, I was taken to the changing room, then to the staging area. Shortly after, I was brought into the procedure room, which had a large TV screen, and there were four staff members there, including the anesthesiologist and Dr. Ray Dong. Within a minute, I was asleep from the anesthesia, and the next thing I knew, I woke up back in the recovery area. Everything went very smoothly and was completely stress-free. Dr. Dong later shared the report with me and scheduled a follow-up visit at his office a week later. I also want to thank everyone at the endoscopy center — they really made the entire experience much less stressful. Overall, the process was very efficient, friendly, and fast. I highly recommend Dr. Ray Dong for anyone needing a colonoscopy.
