Nice place to live. Well-maintained, though occasionally money is spent more for appearances than necessity. Fantastic views from higher floors:to the east, all the way to Whitestone Bridge; to the west, New Jersey. Some angles obscured by "more recently" built high-rises. Good pool. Reasonably laundry room. Stark community room. Years (decades?)-long wait for indoor parking. PITA on-street parking. Good access to bus lines; bus ride to subway lines.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! It's cheap for a reason. They are stuck in the 1970s. Management doesn't care about you. The building manager is RACIST. He is a miserable person who loves to impose rules and not common sense. They impose fines for every little thing.
