Swift Emergency Care Pc

This was my first time visiting this clinic and I had such an easy experience. I needed to get some paperwork done for work - And the entire team major that process was streamlined. They were even able to print out paperwork for me. I had the pleasure of getting my blood drawn by Nakita And she was so incredibly patient. I had let her know that I was a “hard stick” And I normally do get poked a couple of times - But she was able to draw my blood with a single poke, something that’s never happened! She also explained every step of the process and made sure I was aware of what was going on! It was an awesome experience :)

My my visit at midnight today was very pleasant Natalie the medical assistant or nurse that saw me was very hospitable on the other hand the provider was not feeling the same way. He told the receptionist at the front desk to cancel my visit all because nurse asked me if I wanted to speak to the provider and I said no and he had words with her and I said that you should give everyone a choice.. if I don't want to speak to you then that's my choice not yours.the bad review is for the provider and the great one is for Natalie
