He provided complete type-written decription of the procedure and the logic behind his recommended treatment plan, medications, dietary protocol, post-op do's and don'ts with time frames and what patients should expect in terms of healing and recovery were fully delineated. Dr. Gottesman made post-procedure follow-up call just as he said he would. In summary, I could not have received better care. Please note I have had over 30 years of working in a tertiary medical care and can discern excellent care from adequate care.
