had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Dr. Elizabeth Mardakhayeva. I do not recommend her to anyone looking for professional, compassionate, or thorough medical care. From the beginning, I felt rushed and dismissed. She did not take the time to listen to my concerns, and I left the appointment feeling more confused and anxious than when I arrived. Communication was poor, and I felt like just another number rather than a patient needing real help. On top of that, follow-up was nearly nonexistent, and it was difficult to get clear answers or support after the appointment. I expected a much higher level of care and respect from someone in her position. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a doctor who takes your concerns seriously and treats you with professionalism.

If I could leave zero stars for the front desk, I would. This was my first time visiting, and the experience started off terribly. I arrived at 2:28 for my 2:30 appointment, signed in, and not a single person at the front desk acknowledged me or said a word. No greeting, no instructions—nothing. However they were talking and laughing with 2 men by the counter. After sitting for a bit, I realized I was a new patient, so I had to go up myself and ask for the paperwork. I filled everything out and waited another 30 minutes with no updates at all. When I finally asked how much longer it would be, I was brushed off with a dismissive “yeah, yeah, soon, soon,” with no explanation or professionalism. The front desk staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. First impressions matter, and this was a very poor one. The doctor should seriously reconsider who they have working the front desk. I ended up leaving without being seen. Shame on them
