Exceptional service and bedside manner from all the nurses and doctor we saw here. Had a back/shoulder injection and my husband had a more extensive procedure on his back/shoulder and everything was done quickly and efficiently. From start to finish the nurses were kind and explained everything to us One even got us coffee! Definitely recommend this establishment for your non-invasive back procedures.

The procedure was five hours late. When my wife was being operated on I stepped out at 7:30 pm ( we were told to arrive at 1:15)to pick up some food for her. Upon returning the doorman had left and I was locked out of the building. After waiting for some random soul to walk out I walked in. Then the elevator was inaccessible without a key. A long day.
