I have been a patient at Spear Bay Ridge to work on some shoulder pain. Justin and Kyle were both excellent, upbeat, positive, motivating and knowledgeable. The staff are all professional and the business is well run. I never needed to wait for an appointment to start. I’ve made progress and am grateful for the teams’ support in my recovery.

So, I started at Spear with a rare joint condition, a major aversion to exercise, and a chip on my shoulder. I was fully convinced I was beyond help— I was wrong. I used to laugh at people who went to the gym for fun. Now I might become one of them. Justin is a gem, he’s an incredibly intuitive physical therapist who somehow knows inherently when to pull back, and when to push a little harder. Most importantly, Justin took the time to research and learn more about my condition so that he could treat me safely and effectively— my quality of life has improved dramatically since working with him. I have so many good things to say about this location— the whole staff is amazing, it’s clean, welcoming, and has become a “third space” for me. Highly recommend!!
