Superbilling Corp

I see different addresses for Supreme Medical Management, but the same phone number. They are also handling billing for my review complaint of Centers Urgent Care Boro Park. I have been chasing (calls and emails) Supreme for over two months and it seems to be stuck with their management contact who never replies as their call center said they have escalated my issue already multiple times. My request could be resolved in 5 minutes yet I can’t even get a reply for over two months. I hope medical offices become aware of how bad their service is and Supreme changes their escalation contacts.

I'm not sure about their other business, but they're affiliated with Centers Urgent Care in Astoria and have been hounding me for months to pay them money that I shouldn't have to pay them. I went in to their Urgent Care for a visit, and was told in no uncertain terms that my Insurance would cover it. I then received absolutely ridiculous care (a nurse misreading my vital signs, another putting on a heart monitor backwards and wondering what was wrong with ME from the results, etc.), and was finally sent home. Later, I receive a bill for $100 and am told my insurance in fact did NOT cover the cost. No real explanation, no detail provided, just "give us the money". I've received at least 3 letters in the mail so far continuing to badger me for $$$ that I WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO PAY THEM per their own (inept) employees. Do yourself a favor and avoid dealing with this group at all costs.
