Sunset Park Radiology

Very professional and friendly atmosphere. Reception staff including the MRI technician could not be more helpful and everyone was great at their job. I asked for a CD of my MRI results and was given it within 5 minutes. I only wish they had an app to get my results. The office and equipment was clean updated. I would definitely recommend this place and definitely come back.

Important: The actual technical staff are great. Radiologists and techs are personable, attentive, and efficient. What I don't like: I've visited Sunset Park Radiology twice, and both times I check-ed in with the same front desk girl. Both times when calling my name she gave me a weird look and asked me if I'm sure it's my name she called. I'm a mixed Asian (east, south, and south east) and its quite annoying when visiting predominately Chinese doctor offices/clinics that my name gets questioned so often. In today's day and age, and being in NY, I'd expect less of this type of ideology from client/customer facing employees working for a 'place of service'.
