I’ve had a consistently great experience with my healthcare team, including my PCP, Dr. Ron Dailey, as well as Dr. Sussman and Dr. Matloubieh at the 547 Vanderbilt Ave location. From the moment I walk in, the staff is professional, welcoming, and efficient, making the entire process seamless. Each of these doctors is incredibly thorough and takes the time to listen, ensuring all my questions are answered. It’s rare to find a practice where you feel this supported by both the medical providers and the front-desk staff. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for top-tier care in Brooklyn!

Extremely disappointing experience with Dr Natasha Andrabi. This doctor showed little to no compassion toward my mother, who has serious health issues. During the visit, she did not perform basic checks like listening to her heart or checking her breathing and did not properly evaluate her condition. She previously told me to bring all of my mother’s medical records, but when I did, she seemed confused and dismissed them as if she didn’t know what to do with them. There was no clear direction, no care plan, and no sense of urgency when it came to my mother’s needs or medications. She does not listen, does not take concerns seriously, and failed to provide proper referrals or next steps. Overall, my mother did not feel heard, cared for, or properly treated. I would not recommend based on this experience.
