I have been seeing Dr. Song since the early days when she had her medical office on Roosevelt, and it has been wonderful to watch her practice grow and expand over the years. One thing I really appreciate about the office is that they accept walk-ins and give patients the option to choose which doctor they would like to see. Sometimes it may take a little longer to see Dr. Song herself, but if she knows you specifically want to see her and you’re willing to wait, she has even stayed after 3 PM to make sure I am able to see her. There have been times when Dr. Song wasn’t in the office and I saw other doctors instead, and I still had very pleasant experiences. The entire team listens carefully to my concerns, never dismisses them, and always makes me feel heard as a patient. I also want to mention the nurses who handle blood draws: I have small, delicate veins and tend to bruise easily afterward, but they have always been very gentle and careful during the process which I really appreciate.
