This company absolutely sucks. It doesn’t even deserve a one star. I joined my meeting At 3:30 PM And I called at 4:20 because my meeting was scheduled with the doctor Virtually at 3:45 PM I was informed only through contacting the facility that the doctor scheduled other patients at the same time he scheduled me therefore he was taking care of whoever was seen as a more fit priority at the moment and in this case it was any patient that was actually in the building and not waiting on a virtual call. I’ve then proceeded to wait longer than an hour so about an hour and 30 minutes definitely after 4:45 to 515 is the time where I eventually receive an answer after waiting on the website through my phone for the doctor to join to inform me of anything let alone I didn’t receive any text back messages through the website which I was using to contact him. I asked if there was any higher routes that I can complain to About this there wasn’t. Today I have an appointment with a psychiatrist. I’ve been waiting weeks for this. I just received a text just now that the psychiatrist won’t be in and I have to reschedule. This wasn’t the first time last week. I had a appointment with a dentist the dentist canceled and called out and I had to reschedule when I emphasize that this place is a horrible place. I mean that with every inch of fiber inside of my body this is ridiculous. I’m just trying to take care of my health and the stress that is applied to me through dealing with Sunriver is at eight most high at this point. I also See that you guys are apologizing to anyone who leaves a review bad about how you treat your patience. You can stop yourself before you reach out to this or reply to this review to try to make yourself look good and if you don’t believe me, you’re reading this you can go to the place yourself and get the treatment that is expected at this point. This place is horrible. This place is horrible. this place is horrible. The only upside is the actual doctors that are genuinely caring. Would you speak to them but there is one specific doctor that just doesn’t care most of the receptionist just doesn’t care the only one that I’ve seen care was two specific doctors and one therapist that is it I don’t need an apology for how bad your service is it you need to do better I will discontinue seeking help through This company forevermore thank you and goodbye
