I find this practice to be very disorganized. Often I’ll come here and I’ll be told the doctor I’m seeing isn’t even in that day. Or my doctor will tell me I need lab work, I’ll make an appointment to have it done, then I’ll show up and the folx working behind the desk have no idea what I’m talking about. I’ll also be seeing certain practitioners, develop a nice relationship with them, and then find out the next appointment that they’re no longer with the practice. The only reason why I give it any stars at all is because I find the customer service to be excellent. The people working behind the desk seem to know that this place is a mess, without saying it, but they always go above and beyond to do what they need to do to make sure Im taken care of. Many of them have gotten earfuls of complaints from me out of frustration. They are always kind and understanding. I’m consistently disappointed by sun river, but also consistently appreciative of the kindness of the people who work here. The only reason why I still use this practice is because it’s in my neighborhood.
