The manager of this office has the most disgusting attitude. You shouldn't work on the front line of patient care with this kind of personality. He was intentionally rude from the start of the conversation. I have never been to a office where the manager is so distasteful.

My mother has been a patient for years. Was very unprofessional and in poor taste that she did not give my mother a physical today which was scheduled since February. She said she had to squeeze another patient in. We should have been informed of this change since the office called us yesterday, April 22 @ 9:35am to confirm that she was having blood work and physical and needed to fast. Also not right as I am a caregiver for my mother and took the day off of work to take her to this appointment. Really not sure how much of my mother’s medical chart would have to reviewed as I picked up medical release form on March 1 for a surgery that was being done.
