I am 4 days post bunion and hammer toe surgery and am relatively pain free. From my first appointment to the day of surgery, Dr Katchis has been upfront and supportive in all my decisions. He explicitly told me what to expect , made sure to see my husband after the surgery and returned a phone call in a timely fashion. I have nothing but good words for this #1 doctor. The operation was successful and better than I hoped for.

He was the third, and last, specialist I had sought for help regarding ankle pain due to a car accident that had occurred when I was 19 years of age, from which I was a passenger. The two allegedly "competent" specialists I'd sought for help (when I was 21) prior to Dr. Katchis barely gave a rats behind and claimed there was simply some swelling. ****Dr. Katchis treated me like a human being, which should be a crucial behavior for all health care practitioners (otherwise, please do not practice medicine and that goes for nurses too), and thoroughly examined results from his ordered scans of my ankle. Upon this, he'd discovered the few floating (for a lack of a better term) bone fragments and more (it wasn't just some random swelling). He was the BEST doctor I'd ever encountered, and was extremely personable and caring. He thoroughly explained my situation and the procedure that he'd conduct for repairing my injury. If it wasn't for him, I'd be suffering tremendously for the rest of my life. Now I'm 24 and can't express how grateful I am. Just thought he deserved to get more recognition than he has on these reviews on google, and I'd recommend him to anyone who'd need his expertise.
