I wanna start by saying I have so much love for Dr Robinson and her staff ! First hand I have seen patients come to this office with entitlement, attitudes and plain disrespect towards staff members. Many patients do not respect Dr Robinson rules and regulations although prior to becoming w patient they give a packet with these rules to be signed off on. Krystal is the longest standing member of StoneGate and I see why. she is the only staff member who knows what’s going on at all times, i’ve seen her with the doctor , with patients unlike passed staff she knows what she is doing. The receptionist does seem a little stern but always polite and she does not allow patients to disrespect her or belittle her. She takes her job very seriously and follows the rules to a T, she enforces the office policies regardless of the amount of patients who complain or talk negatively about her. I wish some people were more honest and would include how they were dismissive and blatantly disrespectful they were towards the poor girl at the front. I love Dr Robinson and her staff and will continue to pray for their success!
