I had a very disappointing experience at this office. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unorganized. I waited over an hour past my appointment time, and patients who arrived after me were called in before I was. When I was finally taken to a room, there was already another patient sitting inside, and the assistant just switched them to another room. I asked for the exam paper to be changed for sanitary reasons and was told it was “fine,” which felt very unprofessional. When I addressed my concerns with the doctor, he was dismissive and didn’t take them seriously. During my biopsy, the procedure was done with the door open, while other patients were walking by—completely disregarding privacy and basic patient dignity. Overall, this office lacks professionalism, organization, and proper patient care. I would not recommend it.

customer service is bad from the front desk to the exam rooms. absolutely no testing is offered or done to try to figure out the cause of any skin problem. medications are prescribed willy-nilly. the lady receptionist doesn't like patients who don't match her skin color. I was charged for co-pays through letters from their billing system even though I pay all of my co-pays in person. I had to make phone calls (to address billing problems) in which they told me to contact someone else in a different office. I have no more hope in getting help for my skin ailment from this office. They act like they're doing you the biggest favor instead of doing their job well. And when they prescribe medicine that makes your skin condition worse they charge you on the phone for a virtual visit and tell you to go to the hospital. no compassion and very arrogant.
