Had an appointment at 12:30, came early just to fill out the forms and was patiently waiting for my turn which I figured wouldn't take that long as I'm the only one there. To my surprise a older gentleman came and he was taken in right away with out any wait. Afterwards 2 more people came in and they were also taken in before me! I asked how come they went in before me as I have a set appointment and I was there before them, and the front desk lady told me that they were late to their appointment ( by a whole hour!) therefore they went ahead of me.Whats the point of setting an appointment then if you'll just get skipped ahead by people late? What a disregard for someone's time and complete disrespect from the front desk staff.
