Horrible customer experience. Been on the phone with them since Monday trying to get an appointment they keep saying they will call back and let the entire business day go by without reaching back. Now it’s Friday and still haven’t secured an appointment before an important surgery. They are lazy and have no care for other people’s schedules and life. Sad
