NEVER go to this dentist. Believe All of the reviews… First off, the dentist looks at my teeth, asks me what insurance I have (which is metro plus, pretty bad marketplace insurance), then says “oh so your gonna need special gel in order for me to clean your teeth. Your insurance covers everything but the special gel, it’s $65” 2 things here. #1, it was so obvious that once she heard which insurance I had, she tried selling me a product I don’t need and #2, in my 25 years of getting cleanings every 6 months, I’ve never been told I need a gel in order to clean my teeth and remove buildup. She was noticeably annoyed that I denied the gel. After proceeded the worst cleaning I’ve ever gotten. From start to finish was less than 5 minutes. She was just scraping my teeth with whatever tool they use to remove any plaque for maybe 1 second per tooth, then said “If you feel any pain, it’s not my fault”. She then “polished” my teeth, spraying water and throwing the paste all over my face and shirt in the process. My teeth are definitely not clean and I’ll have to pay out of pocket to go to my old dentist when I had different insurance This office needs to be shut down and the dentist thrown in prison…. That’s how bad it was. DO NOT GO HERE

Extremely unprofessional experience. I waited an entire month for my appointment, only to find out it was canceled without any notice. They called the day before, but I missed the call, and they didn’t even bother to leave a voicemail or message letting me know they were closing. I showed up completely unaware the office had decided to close. To make matters worse, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive when I tried to get clarification. I would never recommend this office, total lack of professionalism and respect for patients time. And the place looks so dirty as well so SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO ELSEWHERE
