Do not put off seeing the doctor to treat your plantar fasciitis. I tried all the home remedies to relieve the pain for month. Went to see the doctor and I feel like new $$$. I can walk again, I have no limp, no pain, no problem putting my foot down in the morning. I highly recommend this podiatrist!!!! He was extremely thorough. My cortisol shot was needed. I wasted too many months trying to ice, rest, massage, and use a store bought night splint with no results only pain. He also gave me a real night splint that actually supports and relaxes the tension in the plantar fascia.
