I just wanted to drop a quick line about Dr. Sinha! I've been seeing her for a while now, and honestly, she's just incredible. You can really tell she genuinely cares about her patients – it's not just a job for her. What really makes a difference for me is how she explains everything. She takes the time to walk me through my health situation and what's going on with my prognosis, and she does it in a way that's super clear and easy to understand. This was my first time coming to this office. I got my blood taken, which was fine and the phlebotomist was very nice and made sure I was okay. I was obviously nervous during my appointment and saw dr Sinha, which I am sure is a very nice doctor but unfortunately I did not feel any warmth or comfort from her when she was going over my condition/ treatment plan. She was mostly looking at the computer, asking me questions and typing away. I am usually not the type of person to write negative reviews, but coming from a place of discomfort and not knowing exactly what is happening to my body, I wish the doctor was more attentive to my questions and gave me more eye contact so that I can feel more re-assured during my visit. I hope I have a better experience when I come back.
