St. Vincent'S Mental Health Services

Was put in this mental ward after a manic episode unwillingly. They put me through ect and it was hell on earth for me. I agreed to the ect but they never told me how traumatic it was and how I woke up in complete delirium three times. The only good thing about my admission was the other inpatients. They treated me well and were always genuine unlike the nurses who did the typical fake nice talk towards all the patients. The one thing I cannot forgive them for is how they took off certain prescribed medications I needed without consent. I had these meds prior to fix other issues and they straight up took them off me and i'm facing the repercussions of that to this day.

Completely pointless ringing them. I was given the triage number by a psychiatrist after an attempted suicide, they told me to put away any medication and go to bed. I could have figured that out for myself.
