They never answer the phone, I've had a referral for upper back pain and never got the referral or call, or directions or what to do next. Someone stole my children's tablet , keys (car keys) and baby bag but got nowhere with that. Overall they have attitudes damn near Everytime I go, especially the one in the first booth to right. The last time I went. I loved the doctor and his patience with me. Any other doctor seems to be trying to rush you out to get to the next patient to get off and go home early. This is a family health center but it doesn't feel really family.. I came here because my grandmother worked for St Joseph's and I stick here because my grandmother passed, but honestly if you can find somewhere else please do your research and go there! & If I get treated wrongly for this REVIEW. I will be suing. So keep that in mind ! I soon complain to the board cause for years it's the same bs.. and calling in the evening is the worst they never answer. But calling during the day or morning barely makes a difference also.. many times theyve hung up on me and didn't call back. Like just completely unprofessional

Doctors are amazing but the phone service is HORRIBLE. They never pick up the phone, and when you go in, you just see them laughing and talking and never answer the phones. I will be sitting in the waiting room and the amount of times they get complaints that they never answer is crazy. I’ve had other providers call them to retrieve records and they never answer
