Apparently this is their standard for an ER?! I accompanied a loved one here just before midnight and although the front desk staff and security are really nice. Things took a turn for the worst during the triage, they basically just did the bare minimum and had us sitting in chairs in the hallway. They didn’t give the patient a wrist band, didn’t do any bloodwork. No confirmation of anything and just hurried us out of the door, I’m waiting to see how much they will charge for a visit where only blood pressure was taken. It’s unfortunate that this is the only hospital in the area, it’s made them feel as though they can do whatever they want with patients lives on the line.

I am incredibly disappointed and disgusted by the care I received from Dr. Aadya Singh. I came into the emergency room with blood in my urine and a known high risk for colon cancer. During my visit, a CT scan revealed an unexplained finding on my liver requiring a follow-up MRI. Instead of handling this with care, Dr. Singh rushed my visit because she "needed to go."She insisted I had a UTI despite me having zero symptoms, failed to perform a basic urine culture or routine blood work, and threw "just in case" antibiotics at me. She then baselessly claimed I must have an STI (Chlamydia/Gonorrhoea) and told me the results wouldn't be back for days. In reality, the labs came back almost immediately and were completely negative. She did zero diagnostic due diligence, provided no pain management beyond an ibuprofen, and pushed all of her responsibilities onto my primary care physician. Rushing a patient out the door with zero answers when an unexplained mass is found is completely unacceptable.
