Dr. Sam is amazing, but I find his telephone staff very unprofessional. I asked lady if I may be seen today, she asks what insurance and rudely tells me no behind my insurance provider. I asked her as of when did they stop accepting my insurance and she replied “for long time now”. I asked for date of when they stopped as I was there a few months ago and she hung up. Goodbye Dr. Sam.

I have been to a few physical therapist and have always been uncomfortable. I have been consistently going to Sam for some months now and I am very pleased with his service. He is always professional and listens when i ask for something not to be done. I have problems with movement of my neck and after treatments it has improved. I would recommend him to others.
