Please beware of this practice, they make false claims and will get ACS involved without the proper or adequate proof. Then they will apologize to you because it was completely unjust but begin to point the finger at other staff members at the practice to shift blame and accountability. I have been attending this practice since my oldest was a toddler and she’s now 11, she hasn’t missed any appointments and is up to date with her vaccines and medical. They are very unorganized these days and it’s a shame I will have to find another practice that is no longer apart of my community because clearly they do not serve the people that support them. The pediatrician Dr. Rose has since resigned abruptly since the incident took place with me. Just want other parents to be aware and make sure you leave a paper trail or voicemail when dealing with the staff. They will unlawfully throw you under the bus to protect their lies and unprofessionalism. I know Dr. Nazarian would never stand for this and was an excellent pediatrician when he treated my oldest, it’s a shame the staff he left in charge is so negligent!
