Great doctors and care! I wish I could talk to them directly to schedule appointments instead of spending 50+ minutes on hold waiting for the front desk to pick up the phone! In the time I've been waiting, I could have taken the train into the city, rescheduled my appointment in person, and taken the train home - and this is a regular occurrence. EDIT: just hit a full hour and counting EDIT 2: Dr Stark has been good to me but no level of care can justify a 90 minute wait time for a 30 second conversation
