I love this clinic. The staff is exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I have been going to this clinic for 7 months now, and they have always given me the best, most consistent service. The facilities are clean, and they always offer me snacks and water so I am comfortable. I always look forward to seeing the staff here, and they really customize my visit each time to what issues I am experiencing in my body.

I visited this clinic multiple times for manual therapy and even recommended it to my friends. However, I consistently felt rushed. While other patients mentioned their sessions lasted about 1 to 1.5 hours, mine were always cut short at around 30 minutes. The clinic kept telling me that if I came during less busy hours, they would provide a longer, more thorough treatment. I went out of my way to adjust my busy schedule and visited during their off-peak hours, but nothing changed—it was still just 30 minutes. To make matters worse, during my last session, the doctor didn't even show up, and the treatment was shorter than ever. Whether paying through insurance or out of pocket, patients are still paying customers who value their time and money. If a clinic does not wish to provide quality care to patients using insurance, they simply should not accept it in the first place. I wasted my precious time expecting proper treatment, only to leave completely disappointed. I have already retracted my recommendations to all my friends and will never return.
