We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Speech Language Play NYC. From the very beginning, Meghan helped make the intake and evaluation process comfortable and welcoming, and Andrea has become part of our family and is absolutely amazing throughout our daughter's speech therapy journey. As a parent, I was initially unsure how effective virtual speech therapy would be for a young child, but Andrea quickly put those concerns to rest. She was engaging, patient, creative, and had an amazing ability to keep my daughter focused and excited to participate. My daughter genuinely looked forward to her sessions each week, and the progress she made exceeded our expectations. Living in upstate NY, access to pediatric speech therapy is very limited. The virtual format allowed our daughter to receive high-quality services that otherwise may not have been available to our family. We never felt that the distance affected the quality of care. Andrea built a wonderful connection with our daughter and made every session feel personal and meaningful. Beyond the progress we saw in our daughter's speech and communication skills, Andrea took the time to answer questions, explain goals, and celebrated milestones along the way. Her compassion, professionalism, and dedication to her clients is unmatched. If you are considering speech therapy, especially virtual services, I cannot recommend Andrea, Meghan and her team highly enough.
