Lived (living) here from Jan - Dec 2020 and I'm pretty satisfied with the value. Solid apartment building with decent construction, no bugs at all. Management has been reasonable so far. There appears to be a bunch of Pratt students living here, but they're quiet. My biggest complaints, which are pretty minor, are that the equipment in the gym is mediocre and the stairwell doors slam shut. I'd stay away from any units near the stairwells. Just got my deposit back in full. I did do a good job cleaning, I have to admit, but I was pleasantly surprised.
