BROKEN ARM PT My wife broke her arm and is being treated by Doctor at HSS. Now doing PT at the main building on east 70th st, second floor. Very poor entrance as this is an old crowded building. After entering, go left to pass security. Then to the check-in desk. PT for arm injuries is on second floor. Small waiting room is usually crowded as not enough chairs for all the patients. PT lady is very professional and prompt. PYRAMID CAFE After you check in on ground floor, there is a nice little cafe counter on the right side. I got an Americano Coffee and it was made just right. Sign says it is Starbucks coffee. They also have pastries and other things. Very busy spot for the two workers. Glad it is here.

I just had my right hip replacement done with Dr. Westrich and can't recommend him and the entire team at HSS enough!! Every single person was attentive, compassionate and thorough. All systems ran so smoothly and efficiently from beginning to end. And although my surgery was just yesterday, I can already tell that my outcome is going to be wonderful compared to a not great experience at another facility for my left side. Moving forward I will not go anywhere else for my orthopedic needs! Thank you all so very much!
