The worst doctor's office I've ever been to for so many different reasons. Firstly, so many people that work here have really bad attitude problems. I've never been talked to by professionals at a medical institution the way the people here have talked to me and others. Especially the people at the front desk. They are so rude. Secondly, be prepared to wait forever. They have so many patients come in a one time and nothing can be done for you in a time efficient manner EVER on any day that you go. Block 2 hours out of your day to do something very basic and any follow-ups will require 2 or 3 more days off from work. Thirdly, be prepared to be half of the doctor you will need to see. I was here 4 times, every single time I told someone about my knee problem and on the 4th visit, I finally got a referral for a orthopedist. Not one had recommended it until my FOURTH visit. Instead they give you all these tests you didn't ask for and don't even give you the results. I had to ask for them. The most important one they didn't even have even though I booked my appointment and took off from work to go there and get them. I asked about my blood and the doctor told me he couldn't find it. AFTER I INSISTED they that must be there, they magically appeared in some other office. Fourth, After my first visit, they had the nerve to book me for a check-up two weeks later. Meanwhile, I had been there 3 other times in between then. But instead they want me to take a day of of work and lose money to tell me something that doesn't even take 5 minutes on a whole other day when I had already been there 3 times in between. I am so positive the 3 out of 4 of the visits that I had there were useless and yielded no results. Considering I had a time sensitive issue, I really just wasted my time and the very few days off at work that I have. Lastly, I saw a different doctor each time. Since all my files weren't even in my folder, sometimes it was like I'm going for the 1st time every time. The doctors are constantly backed up with patients in the waiting area, so they rush you and can be slightly abrasive with you. If your insurance accepts other places, do yourself a favor and choose else where.
