I had a question two days after my surgery. I called at 9:30am and they said a PA would call me back. No one called by 2:30, so I called again. They said the person was out to lunch, and would call me. Still no call by 4:00. I called a third time, got disconnected. Called a 4th time, was left on hold till 4:30 when I got disconnected again, because they close at 4:30. I had a very good experience at the Wall Street office, but this office seemed to be the one that was in touch with me after that. But they really dropped the ball. Update: I changed my rating from one to two stars, as the doctor did call me at 5:30. That was after 8 hours, but he didn't get the message until 3:30. So that's not his fault. The doctors are great, but the staff shouldn't have given me the run around all day.

The personnel were also very friendly and helpful, making the whole visit stress-free and easy. The office is clean, organized, and comfortable, which contributes to the overall positive experience. I feel safe knowing I am in such capable hands and truly appreciate the degree of care being delivered.
