Edited part is at the bottom in ().I came to this place for acupuncture as I have a referral from my specialist. They are say they never submitted a prior authorization to health insurance before. They say my insurance won't cover and I am explaining to them thats what the prior authorization is for. I spoke with David so say they have done this before for other people but to want to try with me because its a long process. This feels a bit like discrimination and laziness towards effort in different race. The accept my insurance but dont want to do the prior authorization. They also denied to do physical therapy as well. You stand by your lie, I have healthfirst and on your website it says you take it for acupuncture as in the attached image. You leaving this response show your business just choose to deny the prior authorization for no reason. And false advertising is also reportable as I stated before.
