The service is so very friendly and helpful! This is the only shop where I ever got my glasses taken care of so fast - sometimes within hours. The prices are, of course, reasonable, and Loft Opticians carried my favorite brand. I discovered this business recently, by chance, and will never go anywhere else again. Five stars, well deserved!

I broke my glasses nearby and was really distressed, not knowing how to fix them. I had been to a couple of other stores before this and no one was able to help. I then stumbled across Loft Opticians and was helped by a very kind gentleman who fixed my glasses. He was incredibly welcoming and professional, and he refused to take any payment for his help. The store itself looked really cool and had such a warm, comfortable atmosphere. His kindness truly made my day, and I’m so grateful for the exceptional service and genuine care. Thank you so much
