I told the coordinator exactly what vaccines I was looking for and what the rest of my family received. They kept confusing me on what was essential vs. recommended and kept trying to upsell me. I also asked follow up questions and they told me I was "stressing them out" simply because I did not understand. I was consistently interrupted when I asked questions or tried to respond. One of my vaccines was a pill and I did not know it had to be refrigerated until I was almost walking out the door - I would have planned my day differently. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience that I paid over $1000 for. I am not worried about the cost but rather the uncomfortable treatment I received.
