This doctor over books her patients then makes them wait for hours because she is not even in the building. It is unacceptable to make 82 year old patients wait that long. Even with posted signs in her office stating that if the 15 minute wait time is exceeded to tell them, which we did but she was not even in the building at that point. It took my 82 year old mother, who is almost completely blind, the entire morning to prepare for this outing. We arrived to the appointment 10 minutes early, were seen within 5 minutes by a very nice technician, who did a few diagnostics then left the room stating my mother was the first patient. After 50 minutes of waiting and finding out this doctor was not even in the building, we left. My mother will not be paying for this appointment nor will she return to this doctor. I’m appalled as this is NOT the first time my mother waited for this doctor but it will be the last.

Horrible experience. That doctor was referred by another doctor due to my urgent eye concern. After a along, 1.5 hour wait during which two different interlocutor pressures were made, with DIAMETRICALLY DIFFERENT results, the doctor has finally showed up. A standard internal scope of both eyes was conducted, plus an optical pressure assessment, after which the doctor concluded: " The pressure is good. See you in 6 months ." When asked what is going on, the doctor repeated the same conclusion, signaling that the visit is over. No patients assessment, no discussion of stage or progression , no additional tests scheduled, nothing. And to add a pain to injury,upon arriving home I found a questionnaire from the doctor thanking me for the visit and asking if I have additional questions. As a former EMT volunteer, trained to help and rescue random people, this horrible experience makes no sense, and finds no justification and puts bad impression on URM Center as a whole.
